Photoshoot

Recently I decided to take my girls for photoshoot. This photographer is recommended by some of my friends and I love the photos he took of their children.
I couldn't resist having my own beautiful pictures of my babies!

Sometimes I wish I could take some lovely pictures too.

Strange dreams

Last night, I was woken up by Chloe's screaming through the baby monitor....
"Cheeekkkin winggss!! Cheeekin winggs!!"

This daughter of mine really cracks me up.

Happy Birthday Shir Ee!!

We went to Bedrock to celebrate Ku Ku Shir Ee's birthday last Wednesday evening. This restaurant served the yummiest black hoofed ham and thick juicy tenderloin steaks.. MmmMmm.. We also had The Patissier's signiature Passion Fruit Meringue. Simply delicious. Both Shir Ee and I had to have second helpings. Of coz, the highlight of the whole night was the giant sparkler-like candle. If the girls were there, Im sure they will be super excited.

Chloe's first performance

Last Saturday, Chloe has her very first school performance. It was in-conjuction with the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations held at the condo where her school was. Managed to take a video of her, not a very good one coz of the people in front of me. But, it is good enough to see her performance on stage. From her face, you can tell that she had a little stage-fright at first and after a while she warmed up and started to do her thing.

Chelsey is 9 months!

C2's Super sweet, heart-melting smile
Our dear little Chewy Chelsey is 9 months already! Her doctor mentioned that she is a little petite in size but we are not that worried as we will feed her well and ensure that she grow up strong, and healthy.

I feel that another reason for Chelsey's petiteness is because she doesn't sleep that much, compared to other babies or even her older sister Chloe. She is a light sleeper and once she is awake, she is really AWAKE, all ready to bounce, crawl, wriggle and climb. She is one little girl that is always bursting with energy from the moment she opens her eyes. Sometimes, a tiny sniffle can wake he up and it can be quite difficult to put her back to sleep. There are times when it takes at least 2 hours to put her back to sleep. This was what happened last night and our hyper baby was up from 2- 430am! This can be rather draining but somehow I manage to go through everyday.

Chelsey is alert and bright as a button. She can clap her hands and sometimes wave goodbye to you. She is easy-going and looks up to her older sister. Whatever Chloe has, she wants too. Wherever, Chloe goes, she wants to follow. Nowadays, she even tells you so by yelping or crying to makes sure you take her along. Even if it is going over to Grandma's house, which is just next door. She enjoys her sister, Chloe's company. On the other hand, Chloe is learning accept her sister and that she is no longer a tiny baby sleeping all the time. In a couple of months, Chelsey will be running and dancing with Chloe. That day will come soon.

To us, Chelsey is lovable and has an extremely sweet smile that will melt anyone's heart!

We celebrated Chloe's birthday at SICC Bukit's swimming pool yesterday afternoon. The kids had a blast with the balloon clown, running up and down the playground and some of them even had a dip in the pool.
We hope everyone enjoyed themselves, coz we did...especially the birthday girl!
Once again, thank you for all the wonderful gifts and ang baos!

Chloe is 2!

Blowing out the candles

Cutting the cake with Teacher Belle's help

Chloe and friends feasting on the cake

Chloe turns 2 today! Can't believe time passes so fast! I can still recall vividly that the feeling of having labour pains for more than 24 hours before I delivered her. Thankfully for epidural, the pain didn't last that long.
Anyway, I took leave on earlier this week to celebrate Chloe's birthday at school with her friends and favourite teachers. She was very pleased to be the centre of attraction and enjoyed eating the delicious chocolate cake from awfully chocolate. She also gave away the goodie bags to her other classmates generously! (maybe its because I told her that she could have one too)

Im writing this post while the birthday girl is taking her afternoon nap before her other birthday party at the club later....I'll post more about that party soon.
